As the first quarter of 2024 comes to a close, we take a look at how the top Delivered Meal Kits and Specialty Foods applications have performed on the iOS platform in Europe. Detailed insights from Sensor Tower provide us with the key trends in downloads and weekly active users for these culinary apps.

HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery began the quarter with approximately 49K downloads and finished with nearly 25K, indicating a downward trend. Weekly active users showed a similar decline, starting at around 498K and decreasing to 396K by the end of March.

For wine enthusiasts, Vivino: Buy the Right Wine demonstrated a more varied pattern. The app experienced an initial download count of about 39K, with a slight dip and then a rise to roughly 22K by March's end. Revenue fluctuated, peaking at nearly 15K USD in the last week of January and March. Weekly active users started at 271K, dipped mid-quarter, and rebounded to 242K in the final week.

Gousto saw a consistent decrease in downloads from 10K to just under 2.5K, while weekly active users also saw a gradual decrease from 44K to 35K.

The Bene Bono app had a modest yet fluctuating download count, starting the quarter at around 2.5K, spiking to 6.5K in the second week, and then falling to 3.4K by the end of March. No data on weekly active users was available for Bene Bono.

Lastly, Quitoque, le panier à cuisiner maintained a steady download count throughout the quarter, starting at about 2.7K and ending at 1.8K, with a noticeable dip to 999 downloads in the first week of March. There was no data on weekly active users provided for Quitoque.
